Ventilation is simply the process of replacing hot, stale air with clean, fresh air. This process makes your life more comfortable in three ways:
- A more comfortable summer. YETI extracts super heated attic air enabling it to be replaced by fresh air through ceiling registers or eave vents. Roof space temperatures can be lowered, in turn reducing the amount of heat radiating into the work space.
- Lower energy bills. Ducted energy bills. Ducted air conditioning systems operate far more efficiently with roof space ventilation.
- Less roof space moisture. Up to 12 liters of moisture per day is drawn into roof spaces from shower and kitchen fans. This can cause mould and mildew. Adequate roof space ventilation can help maintain a dry atmosphere.

Its features include:
Reinforced bearing holder. A special glass filled nylon plastic bearing holder ensures perfect alignment of bearings ‐ a feature essential to long bearing life and quiet operation.
- Automatic breaking system. Design of bearing holder compartment allows a breaking mechanism to activate at extreme wind speeds.
- Precision steel bearings. Full precision steel bearings are used ‐ no plastic components.
- Cyclone rated (Darwin Deemed to Comply).
- Fits nearly all roof types. YETI’S “Vari‐Pitch" throat and malleable flashing suits most roof type designs with slopes from zero to 45°
- Improves efficiency of air conditioning. Where ducted air conditioning is installed in a home, YETI will lower roof space temperatures, thereby reducing the level of heat exchange occurring between air in the attic and the cool air carried within the ducting system. This in turn causes less strain on the air‐conditioner unit.

The YETI Warranty
We warrant this product when used on domestic premises for 1 year against defects in workmanship, parts, or mechanical defects.
Further warranty is applicable only when we supply and install ventilator with all components.
No warranty will be applicable in case of third party installation.
